At Patriots Landing, we are dedicated to showing the love of Jesus by assisting veterans facing housing insecurity in rural Michigan by providing transitional housing, essential resources, and comprehensive program support tailored to their unique needs.

Veteran Support Services
In addition to transitional housing we connect veterans with community programs and resources
Resource Programs
We coordinate with county VA liaisons to ensure veterans have access to the programs they are eligible to receive, to include a future onsite relationship, bringing resources directly to the Veteran!
Community Relationships
In collaboration with community programs and partnerships we are helping to improve job security, food security and mental health as we can connect the Veteran with the resources they deserve.
